Baby Showers

Last week my mom came to visit. It was nice to see her one more time before all the craziness starts with the baby.

The timing worked out well for her to attend two of my baby showers! The Kirby's threw a "Sailing Shower" for Patrick and me; and Kimberly and Kate threw a shower for me that Saturday.

Babies in Maple Grove

It's official... the first babies have arrived at our house in Maple Grove!  We have a family of red fox that take up residence under our four season porch each spring.  We saw the mother a few weeks ago, but today was the first time the babies ventured out in the daylight.

Last year there were three, but so far this year we've only seen two little ones.  They are really fun to watch and they don't quite notice that we are inside - even if we are talking and taking photos.  We also love them because they keep the bunny population under control and give our tulips a fighting chance!
